โœ… Service-Based Subscription

All our plans (bike or car) are subscription-based services that are activated upon successful payment and registration.


๐Ÿ”„ Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following scenarios:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If you’ve been charged more than once for the same plan.

  2. Service Not Activated: If your subscription is not activated within 7 business days from the payment date.

  3. Service Inaccessibility: If our services cannot be provided in your registered area (as confirmed by our support team).

  4. Wrong Purchase: If you accidentally selected the wrong plan and havenโ€™t used any service, refund requests can be made within 48 hours.


โŒ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • The customer has already availed roadside assistance services.

  • The request is raised beyond 48 hours of purchase.

  • The customer failed to provide accurate contact or vehicle details.

  • The reason for cancellation is based on personal choice or change of mind.
